TrinityRail monitors these Circular Letters as they relate to or may impact TrinityRail’s fleet, its customers, its shop network and its manufacturing operations. For PRV’s manufactured after December 31, 2003, if the serial number are no longer identifiable on the PRV, the PRV must be scrapped, unless the equipment owner can provide traceability to the serial number through mechanical records.

As originally detailed in C-13796, several new CRB Data Exchange error codes will be created in conjunction with the revisions to Office Manual Rule 112, CRB invoicing time limits. While performing final testing, it was pointed out that error code, 6T, already exists, & as such will be replaced with error code 8T.
